Raised in London, England. I moved to the US in May 2000 to work for a software company that was trying to grow its business in the US. I spent the first year as a Senior Integration Consultant and traveled from one client site to another. After a year of being on the road, I settled down in Atlanta and worked in the customer support department as Team Lead in our integration software. In November 2001, I moved to Dallas, TX where I continued to work in customer support and quickly began to manage customer support
In November 2004, I joined another company as Customer Support Manager and relocated back to Atlanta, GA where I am living now.
